Prerequisites Before Installation

Before you begin the V-Staff rollout, confirm the Shopify-side permissions and operational conditions.

Items to confirm

• You can log in to Shopify Admin for the target store.
• You have permission to install apps.
• You have permission to customize the theme.
• You can verify the storefront display before launch.

Information to organize in advance

• The operator responsible for the target store
• The theme you plan to use
• The management policy for product data used in recommendations
• The connection details and operating rules if you use an LLM

Shopify-side checks

Theme operations

• Whether you separate the currently published theme from a theme used for verification
• Which theme will receive the Theme Extension

Product data

• Which values will be used for the product metafield namespace and key
• How you will segment target categories such as men and women

Launch flow

• Who will configure the Admin Console
• Who will enable the Theme Extension
• Who will perform storefront acceptance checks
