- Current plan
- Billing status
- Sync status
- Shopify-side subscription status

Cases that require attention
- Conversation features cannot be used
- Usage is increasing rapidly
- Billing is unsynced or in an unexpected state
- You need to confirm a plan change or cancellation schedule
